Summer 2021 Resources
Find information on recommended and required academic assignments and resources to help your student maintain the progress they made this school year over the summer.
Reading: Rising Elementary Grades (K-2)
Our media specialist Ms. Paige challenges you to read this summer, and, if you do, you and your Lower Campus friends will earn a pretty exciting school-wide reward when we return to school in August! It's simple, all you have to do print out an ICSAtlanta K-2 Summer Reading Incentive Chart, and color in one Wolfie for each 15 minutes that you read (or that someone reads to you). When you return to school in August, bring your completed reading chart to Ms. Paige, and she will calculate the grand total of minutes read by our amazing rising K-2 grade students. If you all collectively read 1,000 hours or more over the summer break, then you will have earned one fantastic schoolwide surprise (to take place in the fall)! Need more than one ICSAtlanta K-2 Summer Reading Incentive Chart? No problem! Please print as many as you need! Happy Reading, Wolf Pack!

Reading: Rising Elementary Grades (1-5)
Please read with your children and encourage them to read from the summer reading list over the summer! Since students have different reading levels within a grade, please consider book list suggestions from the grade level above and below your child's grade as well. Rising Kindergarten students are welcome to consult the 1st grade list for ideas.
Math
ICSAtlanta is excited to offer The Table Talk Math Course Series for rising 2nd-6th graders to provide lessons, practice, and support through the summer. Each lesson includes a handout, prompt, and video to guide you and your child. To access the course, go to the Table Talk Math website, select the appropriate course for your child, scroll down to the bottom of the grade level's page, select the "Enroll in Course" at the bottom of the page, and enter ICSATL21 on the Order Summary as your coupon. Your order should come to $0 with no credit card info needed. For questions, feel free to reach out to: john@tabletalkmath.com.
Middle Grades (6th-8th)

Rising 6th through 8th graders have REQUIRED summer reading assignments which are due the first day of school in August.
